We achieved a massive 4x increase in ROAS for one of our clients through Facebook Ads.

The Challenges:

Everything the client had done in the past did not produce any results.

The data in the ad account couldn’t be used to get quick sales/wins for this client.

Given their lack of results with the previous marketing spending well into 6 figures generated less than 2x ROAS, they needed results quickly.

The Strategy:

In the case of this client, we had 2 things to leverage:

1) Budget

2) Their brand

Based on the feedback from the client and our extensive competitor research, we created 3 strategies to test.

But if something isn’t broken, don’t fix it.

Which is why we’ve stuck with the first strategy.

Here’s a look at our process:

Introduced Instagram story ads.

Used campaign budgeting to test out multiple audiences at once.

Picked out best-performing adsets and variations to run them separately.

Simultaneously launched DPAs (Dynamic Product Ads).

Built and implemented a bottom-of-funnel re-engagement campaign for their email list.

We did a complete audience analysis after the first week and took out the best-performing targeting options to use them in a killer campaign that pulled in a whopping 11X ROAS.

For the top-of-funnel campaigns, we kept testing aggressively and kept hitting more than 3X ROAS.

Launched an intricate middle-of-funnel retargeting strategy.

Introduced lookalike and custom audiences for their top and bottom of the funnel.

This nationally recognized clothing brand initially came to us with a negative Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

We did a complete ad account audit and had a long strategy session call with the client to understand the problems that they were facing.

Within 4 days after the initial strategy session call, we had a complete strategy in place for our full Facebook funnel.

Within 3 weeks of launching, we were achieving 2.5x ROAS.

At the end of our 1st month, we were easily achieving 4.36x ROAS.

We multiplied our Arizona-based client’s ROAS 9x through Facebook ads.

Challenges:

 As we know, Facebook ads are not an overnight solution.

It takes time to test, optimize, and scale for accounts to see results.

The client had not done any marketing campaign in the past when he came on board.

Everything from creating their ideal client avatar to brand messaging to their funnel strategy had to be built from the ground up.

It required extensive audience research, industry research, and competitor analysis to develop the final strategy that would produce results for the client.

The Strategy:

We quickly analyzed what was working in the industry by using our competitor research tools.

Here’s a look at our process:

With the help of the client, we built ideal customer avatars.

Proper pixel installation for building audiences.

Created 18 different audiences to test out in the initial phase (TOF).

We built a full-funnel.

We created super offers at the middle of the funnel to bring back customers on the fence.

We used look-alike audiences with narrowed targeting to hit a very targeted audience.

We created a solid abandoned cart email sequence to help increase their store conversion rate.

The Results:

During our third month, we began producing over 4x, and now 9.78x ROAS.

The client believed in what we were doing and gave us the ability to test.

Our client in Boston, MA needed Facebook and Email Marketing services to get more clients.

The Challenges:

This client was looking for customers.

He didn’t have a pipeline to generate leads to keep patients coming in and his revenue was showing it.

This client needed customers and did not have a lifetime budget or time to test different strategies.

The Strategy :

With a clear path in mind, it becomes easy to focus on producing the results.

The strategy for this client was straight forward: no complex funnels, no cross-targeting, no display campaigns, nothing big!

We focused on Facebook ads and email follow-up which created a simple funnel that would convert visitors into leads and leads into customers.

The cost per lead was below $3 and the client was able to convert 47% of the leads into paying customers.

The satisfaction from the client resulted in an agreement extension of 6+ months.

A client in NYC needed Digital Marketing Services to increase Sales.

The Challenges:

Another agency had burned the client.

The previous agency spent $10K on Facebook ads without real results.

We did not have any landing pages or offers to work with.

The pixel data was all messed up as the agency was using its own pixel instead of the client’s pixel.

We had 45 days to prove ourselves – the client was cautious after having burned in the past.

Our Strategy:

Complete pixel installation – we couldn’t afford to lose data.

We worked with the client to come up with a Freemium Model.

We identified 2 products to test for the freemium model.

Created 4 different landing pages for the Freemium strategy.

Email marketing strategy for follow-up.

Retargeting funnel strategy.

The audience strategy was based on competitors, interests, job titles, and Look-alikes.

The Results:

The results skyrocketed in the very first month.

Free plus shipping cost per result was as low as $5.40.

ROAS even for freemium products was positive because of the shipping charges.

900+ purchases recorded after the first month.

The cost per purchase for core products was below $8.

ROAS for core products jumped to 10.64% just from Facebook ads.

Email marketing conversion from a free product to a core product was 37%.

AOV was increased using bundle offers.

The client based in the United States needed help with Facebook Ads to generate Leads.

The Challenges:

Our client did not have the kind of time to focus on his Google rank and SEO.

He needed a simple solution for a quick fix as he was in a high competition zone and was likely to lose business to competitors soon.

The Facebook advertisement was the best fix we could offer in that situation.

However, to compete well, we needed a free hand with budget, but the client had his concerns because of his past experience with another agency.

We had to settle for a nominal budget for the first month.

That puts more responsibility on our experts.

Our Strategy:

The only thing we had to get done was to bring leads for the client in a month’s time.

We worked with the client to produce an audience persona to create new audiences.

We vigorously tested these audiences against the website visitors.

We created a lead magnet with a tempting Limited time FREE CHECKUP offer for the new and website-visitors-based audience.

We coupled our advertising with email retargeting.

We created a 7-day value-based lead nurturing email sequence for regular Leads before showing them the new offer ad.

The website visitors of Need an appointment page? * were addressed separately in another retargeting ad sequence.

The results were overwhelming. The simple steps did not disappoint us and excited the client.

The Results:

Our team tried to balance out the small budget with highly accurate targeting and email marketing efforts.

Their hard work surely paid off well and brought the client back with a big investment.

We brought the client 193 leads only in the first month.

The conversion rate was way above his expectations i.e, 37%.

The offer we used in the lead magnet gave him a bit of extra work to handle for free, but the conversion rate nullified that.

The Email Marketing nurture sequence AFTER the signup pushed people to convert even before the FREE CHECKUP.

We had a high CTR, CPC was $2.78, and CPL was $17.

The account was all in good shape now for our future use.

The client extended the contract, this time with additional services.
